HenryHQ is an AI-powered job search strategy platform that provides personalized guidance, document generation, and application tracking tools. Our Service includes:
- Resume and cover letter generation tailored to specific roles
- Job fit analysis and honest assessments
- Interview preparation and coaching
- Application pipeline tracking
- LinkedIn profile optimization recommendations
- AI-powered career coaching via Hey Henry assistant
- Screening questions analysis
The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyze your information and generate recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
User Responsibilities
As a user of HenryHQ, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your background
- Not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading application materials
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for legitimate job search purposes only
- Respect our zero fabrication policy by not requesting invented experience
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
- Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Not use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
Zero Fabrication Policy
HenryHQ operates on a strict zero fabrication policy. This is a core principle of our Service:
- We will not create or embellish experience you do not have
- All generated materials are based on information you provide
- We reframe and reposition your actual experience, but we never invent credentials
- If you request fabricated content, we will decline and explain why
This policy protects both you (from fraud allegations) and employers (from misrepresentation). Violation of this policy may result in account termination.
Subscription and Payments
HenryHQ offers both free and paid tiers. For paid subscriptions:
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Usage Limits
Each tier has specific usage limits for document generation, AI interactions, and other features. These limits reset monthly. Exceeding limits may require upgrading your plan. We implement rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users.
Intellectual Property
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of your personal information, career history, and any content you upload
- You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
- Documents generated for you are yours to use for job applications
Our Property:
- The HenryHQ platform, brand, and technology remain our property
- Our AI models, prompts, and methodologies are proprietary
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service
Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), and Google Analytics. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
HenryHQ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Job placement or interview outcomes
Success in job searching depends on many factors including market conditions, individual qualifications, and employer decisions. Our honest assessments help you focus efforts effectively but do not guarantee results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HenryHQ shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
- Actions taken by employers based on your applications
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HenryHQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. You waive any objection to venue in these courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HenryHQ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
